Women Rooted

“We Often forget that we are one with nature. We are not separate. So when we say we have lost our connection with nature, we have also lost the connection to ourselves.” -Andy Goldsworthy

A space for women and mothers. . . those who nurture and long to be nurtured. . . held by the universal other in the natural world. A place to reconnect and rewild, to hold space with our sisters, gently guided by Julie's mothering experience and wisdom of 27 years, her deep connection to our Mother Earth, extensive wilderness knowledge, and intuitive knowing.

It is an honor for her to hold this opportunity for mothers and women to take time for themselves, as she knows that all mothers need this kind of self care, connection to self, finding their own journey in nature, offering and accepting the gifts that one can find in the natural world, community, sisterhood, compassion, and support.

Time together will be spent at our established camps with fire pits, canvas wall tent with wood stove, and endless wonders on and off trails. Our flow will included journaling, yoga, tracking, harvesting wild edibles, tapping into our creativity, sound bath with quartz sound bowls, fire making, gathering, monthly book reads, guided meditations, and more… as we create community and connection while being held by and in nature.
